“Overall, we had a very good experience at this hotel. The hotel is nice and clean, with an excellent location, very good breakfasts, and a great restaurant on the premises.
The housekeeping staff is wonderful, especially Iryna. She was extremely professional, pleasant, polite, friendly, and always made sure everything was perfectly clean. We really appreciated her excellent service!
There were a couple of things we found inconvenient. We stayed in a two-level duplex suite with two full……

“Værelset var meget mørkt og lydt. Derudover var der nogle fedt pletter på bordet ved håndvasken på badeværelset. Desværre lugtede der en del af kloak, når bruseren blev tændt.
Personalet snakkede ikke engelsk, og forstod det kun minimalt.
Parkeringen var dejlig nem og privat. Det ligger tæt på off. transport, så det var nemt at komme rundt, hvis m ville have bilen med.”

“Good place to stay the night before our return trip on the ferry early the next day. With easy access to the old town the tram stops outside the venue. Staff were really helpful and helped us to get in to town and use the tram. The restaurant has a great atmosphere as does the roof top bar.”
